POLYPROPYLENE PIPES AND FITTINGS
Hakan Akboru-Gökboru are manufactured from
Random Copolymer (PPRC - Type3) material.
PPRC pipes and fitting produced in compliance
with TS 11451 DIN 8077 and DIN 8078 standards
are the most appropriate choice in hot-cold
water transfer and central heating installations
due to their long life and property of resisting
high temperature and pressure.
Hakan Akboru-Gökboru and fittings + Hakan Super
stabil Boru meet health compliance conditions
and may be used reliably in domestic facilities
and the food industry.
Hakan Super Stabil Boru is also manufactured out
of PPRC Type3. Aside from carrying similar
properties. It's resistance against temperature
and pressure is more due to its aluminium foil
coating. It is insulator. It does not stretch of
flex. Non-perforated aluminium foil prolongs the
lives of boilers and radiators by preventing
leaking of oxygen inside the system.
PVC RIGID WASTE WATER PIPES AND FITTINGS
Hakan Plastik PVC waste water pipes and fittings
are manufactured in compliance with TS 275 and
DIN 19531 standards.
As stipulated under TS 275 standard, two
different types of pipes are manifactured based
on wall thickness as type 1 and type 2.
Also, our factory is manufacturing KOZA pipes
whose standard it has formed itself which are
suitable for discharging of rain waters and
conveyance of drainage waters.
Waste water pipes are manufactured at standard
lengths of 150 mm, 250 mm, 500 mm, 1000 mm, 2000
mm, 3000 mm, 6000 mm.
All of the waste water fittings are manufactured
in cmpliance with dimension and tolerance values
specified under category type 1of TS 275
standard
Waste water pipes and fittings are supplied with
first class special sliding gaskets ensuring
comfortable installation.
Hakan Plastik PVC waste water pipes and fittings
keep to a minimum the residues and calcium
accumulation by their smooth and shiny interior
exterior surfaces.
Thus prevent plugging of the installation and
provide rapid and smooth flow, doesn't leak,
doesn't ignite.
CURTAINS LINE
Hkan Super Curtain Rails manufactured as double
or triple have standard lenghts of 4 mm, 5 mm, 6
mm.
They are resistant to UV rays.
They fit any environment by their aesthetic
appearance.
CROSS-LINKED PE-X PIPES AND ACCESSORIES
Cross-Linked PE-X Pipes manufactured in
compliance with TS 10762 and DIN 16892 standards
and tested against DIN 16893 standards are used
in floor, heating systems domestic water
installations with radiators.
The raw material is high molecule and high
density polyethylene.
The molecules are brought into cross linked
condition through the cross link process.
The cross link process is archived through two
separate techniques, one physical (PE-X) and the
other chemical (PE-Xb).
The working temperatures of PE-X pipes vary
between +95C and -50C. These pipes soften at
140C. They do not break until -140C
PVC PRESSURIZED CLEAN WATER PIPES
Hakan Plastik PVC pressurized fresh water pipes
are produced in compliance with TS 274, EN
1452-2, DIN 8061, DIN 8062.
The pressurized fresh water pipes that meet
health compliance conditions have the property
to resist underground conditions.
Pipes do not grow bacteria through their smooth
and plain interior surface, do not create odours.
Pipes with 20-25-32-40-50 mm outer diameter have
adhesive and are 6 m standartd lenght. (Excluding
lenght of muff).
Production in vorious lenghts is optional.
BASEBOARDS AND FITTINGS
It is an excellent solution for concealment of
pipes and cables at the bottom of walls in
houses or business premises.
The double membrane design of the profile
contributes to insulation of PP or copper pipes
laid in it and prevents loss of energy.
The covering profile forms a perfect joint even
on non straight wall with its elastic border
strip.
The luxury border strips and fittings fit any
kind of environment with decorative design and
colours.
It is installed easily, maintains its colour and
endurance for years.
POLYETHYLENE PIPES
Hakan Plastik PE pipes are manufactured in two
groups as high density polyethylene and low
density polyethylene as per TS418-2 standarts.
PE pipes used in underground fresh water
conveyance are laid out in hilly terrain with
their flexible structure, don't grow bacteria,
don't create odours and corrode.
Hakan PE pipes manifactured in two types
resistant to 6 ATU and 10 ATU pressures are in
light blue and white colours from 20 mm up to 90
mm diameter.
Production is also made in different colours for
special orders.
RAIN GUTTERS AND FITTINGS
The roof eaves troughs manufactured as per TS EN
607 standard are used in transferring of rain
water to the sewage system without harming the
outer elevation of the building.
They are manufactured in two types of 100 (round),
and 150 (rectangular) are applied easily by
abundant fittings.

Their internal surface is smooth, but their
external surface is corrugated, so that they can
bend easily. They are used washbowl flushes, and
at outlets of washing machines and dish machines.
SUSKING-DELIVERY HOSES (Green)
Hoses designed for service under high pressure,
for medium-service range. Suitable for
transferring water of other liquids at building
sites, agricultural activities and industrial
plants. Their internal and external surfaces are
smooth.
